The future of SUNGAI LONG INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. lies in the hands of our people. That is why we believe in recruiting the best and providing training and develop new opportunities to help them attain success in their chosen fields.

High priority on hands on job training is an important element to equip all employees with technological developments and opportunities to develop their potential and enrich their work experience.

A Committee was also set up to evaluate the quality work by each individual in the company for the Best Employee Award which is another kind of recognition and appreciation of all the hard work done by the staff. SUNGAI LONG INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. has also initiated a Study Award and Scholarship funding for the children of its staff.


On the sporting front, the Company recognised the KELAB SUKAN & KEBAJIKAN SUNGAI LONG INDUSTRIES as an important medium for the staff to communicate among themselves. It plays an important roles to providing its members with the organising of sporting activities, outing trips and community services.
