Introduction

Sungai Long Bricks Sdn. Bhd is a subsidiary of Sungai Long Industries Sdn. Bhd which itself is a member of Bina Puri Group of Companies. The company was established in 1995 and set its manufacturing plant to produce bricks using good lateritic soils found in abundance in Sungai Long. Bricks are manufactured using compression method and then cured by drying under the hot tropical sun. Harnessing heat from the sun, rather than burning in the kiln in producing clay bricks renders our method more friendly to the Environment; hence its name 'Green Brick'.
